Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just one block from Nedonna Beach. Surrounded by vacation homes and peaceful streets, this area offers a serene coastal retreat away from the crowds, while still keeping the sand and surf steps away.

The spacious layout includes a main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, plus an attached cabana featuring its own kitchenette, bedroom, and full bath—ideal for extended family or guests who want a little extra privacy.

Step outside into the welcoming backyard, where mature landscaping provides a sense of peace and near-total seclusion—your own private coastal hideaway.

The home is best reached by car. Parking is available onsite. Local shops and dining are a short drive away. The Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad (Rockaway Beach–Garibaldi) runs seasonally, and taxis/rideshares are limited, so plan accordingly.
