”What a great place to stay. The staff is amazing and the property is beautiful. They provide bikes that can be ridden along their beautiful trails and a fire pit that’s complete with the makings for some mores. I cant imagine staying anywhere else in maryville.”

”We have never stayed in Townsend before during all of our stays to the Smokies. I loved being away from the hustle of crowds. The Parkman was the first place I googled for Townsend area. They allowed my pet which was a must. The room and property were both clean. The staff were polite. It was just me and the hubby for our 10 year anniversary, so the room given was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Townsend.”

”It is a delightful inn on a hill near Smokey Mountain National Park. The breakfast is very basic "fast food" such as boxed cereal and hard boil egg, juice, coffee/tea. Not fancy, but sufficient. The best feature is the kindness of the staff -- very pleasant and sure to please.”

”This is a true bed & breakfast and it is magical. Set in the forest, with a mountain in the background, lovely lighting outside at night. We really loved the setting. Unfortunately, our bathroom and kitchenette needed cleaning, and that was a disappointment in such a great place.”

”I’m giving this place 3 stars because one of the pools assigned to our building was green and closed when we arrived. Unfortunately, it was never cleaned or repaired during our entire one-week stay. The water in the other two pools was also very cloudy and looked dirty. The room itself was clean, but there were several issues. Be careful with the bathroom door because it can get stuck from the outside. The bathroom didn’t have a sink, so we had to wash our hands in the shower. We didn’t feel...

”Everything was excellent as expected, minor blemishes but no ones perfect. No pool but a pool table, no sauna but an awesome breakfast spread. No hot tub but a unique library of books n games that the kids enjoyed. Lots of pilots n steward, stewardesses coming n going so it must b the place to stay 👍👍”
