”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at RT Lodge. Staff was fantastic! They were all well put together polite and were there to help you with anything that you needed. The restaurant was delicious and had new things for us to try! The Lodge is nestled in the woods in Maryville, it was a great location that made you feel away when you were in the city.”

”Stayed here last minute after a 4 hr flight delay and didn't get in until 0230 and dar rental wasn't open until 0700. Airport shuttle was waiting at the airport. Room is fine enough, but toilet took 5 minutes to fill back up in between flushed. And we had no shower curtain. I mean we just needed a place to sleep for a few hours until we could get our rental car and get on our way to Gatlinburg, but we couldn't even shower and wasn't going to wait around to have them put one in. ”Stayed 5 days in March. There was no room cleaning. Suppose this could be due to the time of year. The property is good, but certainly not “wonderful “ as described by Expedia. ”

”Staff was courteous and allowed us to check in an hour early, which was very nice. However, there were several issues with the room. The bathroom door didn't properly fit and you had to forcefully pull it closed, which was extremely loud to both open and close. Also, the in-room alarm was previously set, which woke my wife up at 3 a.m. and she had to figure out how to turn it off in the middle of the night. But the biggest problem was the smoke alarm, which started doing three-chirps at 4 a.m....
