”Very rundown property. The ac unit was ancient, it had buttons and dials from the 80s no reference to the temperature Paint smeared on the old rubber baseboard. Paint drips on the bathroom tile floor. Dirty comforter on the bed. (Dirt smudges) On a good note, the carpet was new, and there was a dumpster in the parking lot full of old beds and carpet. So hopefully there is an update in full swing.”

”Staff was great. Kind and generous. We just had an issue with the cleanliness of our room. The carpet was not vacuumed. Window had hand prints everywhere. Bathroom needed a wipe down. We had to ask for toilet paper. Which is fine but I do think if they clean it and see that there is not enough on the roll for several days, it needs a new roll. The pool was out of commission and absolutely nothing mentioned anywhere online. We wanted a pool to swim. We ended up going to a river and still had...

”Shower was horrible I felt like I got out with shampoo in my hair hardly any pressure. My car was hit in the parking lot no one left a note or notified the staff and apparently someone was going to email me the camera footage but nothing was ever sent. Air conditioner kept me awake sounding like a cyclone was going through my room. I don't think I'll be visiting again.”

”Friendly staff, great breakfast and social hour, big rooms and beautiful setting next to the river. Quiet and away from everything yet close enough to anything you want. We will return!”
