”The beds were comfortable and the room was okay. I was in room 321. The hotels WiFi didn’t work in the room. Next door, a baby cried off and on throughout the night. I went to get ice several times and the ice machine was empty. We could not enjoy the balcony as the carpeting on the balcony was wet and moldy. I m guessing that I will never stay here again.

”Had a balcony and was sitting on, the people above us dumped his cooler on his balcony and I was soaked.
Then we got back to the room around 11:00 pm and the kids were running a marathon.
It started again this morning around 7:00 am. The marathon never stopped till we left.
The view was great.”

”Beautiful inn in a safe quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown Rockland. Spacious clean room, tasteful decor, friendly owners. Especially enjoyed the coffee machine and breakfast options in the morning. Perfect spot for a fun Maine weekend!”

”The staff was extremely warm and helpful. We would highly recommend Berry Manor to anyone staying in the Rockland area. We found that Rockland was the perfect place to stay that had access to all the places we wanted to visit but was less crowded. It was perfect.”

”Breakfast was understaffed causing outages of coffee and various food and service items. The single staff person was overwhelmed. Since it's a festival weekend, they should have anticipated needing extra staff, especially since they are charging such high rates!”
