âRoom was nice, clean and tidy, ideal location for visiting the Castle and Abby. Food was delicious and local beers on tap.Excellent service in the bar and restaurant. Unfortunately Breakfast was unavailable and no soaps in the shower. . Could have been wonderful but let down by lack of thought. Would go bacâ

âA beautiful remote property, situated in the countryside. 10 minutes walk to a lovely, award winning pub with stunning food and friendly staff. 15-20 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket.
The owners of this property, who live next door, were very welcoming and friendly. They've thought of everything, including a welcome pack of milk, bread and butter. There were a few other thoughtful treats but i wont spoil the surprise.
Cleanliness of the cottage is definitely a 10/10. Cant fault...

âJust had our second stay here and looking forward to our next one.
Room was very clean and comfortable and lovely and warm.
Big super king bed and very comfortable.
It's handy having the Bar and Restaurant on the same property if you don't feel like going far....we had a nice meal there and the young Bar Man there was just brilliant, could not have been more helpful and caring.
Tea/Coffee/Biscuits replenished each day.
Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice.

âThis is a delightful cottage for 1 or 2 people. Sofas and bed are comfortable; shower room stylish with a great sized shower. And with lovely underfloor heating toes were toastie all weekend. I was able to entertain friends in a relaxed informal environment which was great.â

âOn the positive side, communication was excellent with quick replies via WhatsApp. The bed was very comfortable, the room (Parisian Garette) looked cosy, and the nearby cafĂ© had friendly staff and nice cakes - pastries cold though.
Unfortunately, there were many small issues that negatively affected the stay. The pizzeria, café, and spa are advertised as hotel facilities but are actually separate businesses, which feels misleading. The Wi-Fi was advertised as 25+ Mbps but only reached around...
