”Room was very large! We had 2 queens and a sofa bed and it was like the size of 2+ rooms! It was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was decent with a number of hot and cold options.”

”The first room we checked into had blood on sheets and hair in the shower. The staff gave us another room in which the refrigerator smelled like cat pee. We were too tired to ask for another room, not knowing what we would find in there so we just didn't use the refrigerator.”

”We arrived at 2:35 pm and tried to check in. Normally we can pay an early arrival fee in these situations but we were not even given that option. I asked to check in and was rudely told I can be checked in after about 25 minutes and then the rude lady walked away.
We went back out to our vehicle and waited. Went back in to check in after 25 mins. There was food and dirt all over the mat on the way in, all through the lobby, and even all over the rug in the elevator. Once we got to the room all...

”The staff were so nice and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was decent with lots of options, including oatmeal eggs, sausage, biscuits&gravy, cereal, waffles, fruit, juice, the WORKS! and the morning staff was super nice too.
Room was clean and A/C worked the way it should. We couldn't have asked for a better place to rest for the night ❤️”
