”Great place to stay. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Bed very comfortable. Easy to adjust the temperature to your liking. Fantastic location and free parking were all pluses. Surprisingly quiet considering it's closeness to the QEW. My only negative was an issue with the flusher on the toilet. It didn't work but I managed to fix that. I did call for maintenance so hopefully it's fixed for the next guests. All staff were great in my experience. I'm looking at returning in July.”

”We had our bikes & we were given a free upgrade to a very nice 1 BR unit since it would have been difficult toget them up stairs for our original room. Staff was very welcoming, friendly & helpful. Very nice hot breakfast with real dishes & cutlery. ”

”The room was not properly cleaned, though the staff was helpful. The exhaust fan in the washroom not working. The fridge smelled awful. The wifi connection was very very poor.There was only one water dispenser in the hotel that was in the gym. The reason why I gave 3 star is because atleast the kids were able to enjoy the pool and the bowling alley attached to the facility(at extra cost). The breakfast was at additional cost but was good.”

”Very nicely located with a beautiful view on the lake and little marina. Very friendly staff. Nice swimming pool. Easy parking. Complimentary breakfast in a relaxed settings with the view from the large windows. Air conditioning was a little noisy. I didn't find creamer for the coffee machine. Otherwise, everything was perfect and the price was great!”

”It’s very nice and quiet, except the first night we stayed ( Saturday) There were young kids there for some kind of tournament and the hotel allowed them to noisily run and holler in the hall past our room until 11pm even though we called the front desk several times. We had driven a long way and were tired. Couldn’t get to sleep because of it yet the front desk person allowed it until 11 pm.”

”I believe that nothing has been updated. The mattress looked like it been there since the place was built, well everything did. Tiny toilets, no room for your junk, you bottom out. You can hear the conversations in the next room. Seeing the ships in lock 7 is the only decent thing”

”The room was smaller than I expected. When it said 'seating area,' I definitely thought it would be more than a chair stuck in the corner beside the blowing air conditioner. It was quiet which was great. I would not stay there again.”
