”We were in room 422 and the shower door would not stay shut. That is my only thing. This hotel is clean, quiet and the staff are helpful.”

”Staff were nice upon arrival. Room was as expected. In room no USB ports or lamp plug ins for cellphone. Also one of the bed lamps did not have a bulb in them. Brought my fire stick couldn't use outlet was too far away. Very conveniently located by the freeway and gas stations. Not far from grocery stores. ”

”The service was great. We were greeted with a smile. The young lady at the desk was very professional and courteous. She recommended restaurants close by, but we live in the area and knew the area well. The bathroom was spotless. The carpet was not run down like in some hotels I've been to. We loved the shower. The bed was comfortable. Please don't let this hotel get run down. We stayed here on a recommendation from my niece who stayed in the area last year. She said the people and the hotel...

”Our room was really nice and accommodated the space for 5 of us!! I love having the kitchenette in the room for all the food we have to travel with for the 2 Littles. ”

”Air condition worked fine. The room smelled bad/ Bathroom floor was dirty and not freshly cleaned. No proper locks on doors. Only one entrance is allowed to be used in the whole motel for entry. Not to mention in a dangerous area of Columbus. DO NOT STAY HERE. ”

”This place was honestly not safe to be in. As soon as we walked in the room we knew we had to get a different hotel. The carpet was peeling up from the floor. Nothing had been swept in a really long time. The place smelled like smoke and there was mold in the bathrooms. I didn’t feel comfortable putting my stuff in the room. ”

”Clean room GREAT STAFF !!!! I spend 4 days and my daughter enjoy the pool we took the bus and went to many places. The location is amazing and the airport is super close nothing bad to say about this place ”

”Nasty. The room they gave me didn't have a working tv and the room didn't have heat, so i decided not to stay. I wanted my money back. Some how they scammed me. They kept my money even though i didn't wanna stay at that hotel because of the non working tv and heat. Never book a room there. The service and staff are terrible ”
