âProperty is dated and in need of some repair. Could not get the door to lock when we closed it. When we did we had difficult getting back in the room. One of the ice machines was broken so we had to go to a different building to get ice. Sheets were clean but had some stains. There were a few slices of bread a couple of bagels and coffee set out for breakfast. Not really any amenities. â

âGood location, and mostly adequate for a short stay. The drainpipe underneath the sink was not actually connected to the sink, so it spilled on the floor when faucet was higher volume. Key stopped working in morning and when I approached housekeeping they were pretty
rude. Refrigerator was very loud at times.

âOne our best experiences with VRBO. Karen thought of everything. Forgot something? Karen has it stocked.The MOST comfortable bed of our travels this month by far! Mission trip to help elderly father and this was a peaceful, quiet retreat to recharge for the next days work. Hopefully there will be more available in the future for this to become our regular stop!â

âOverall the property was exactly as advertised. Extremely quiet neighborhood, which was perfect. As others have noted in their reviews, there was definitely a mustiness to the house, but to be expected with the basement built into the hillside. The owners do have air purifiers running to counteract. The owners are extremely responsive. They have a nice detailed handbook with items about the house, as well as restaurants, sites to see, etc.Overall a good place to stay.â
