âThis was my second stay at the corners over the Easter weekend.
A lovely country inn in the middle of Kingsland. I use it as a base whilst visiting friends in the village.
Clean and well maintained rooms, staff are friendly and helpful. Cooked breakfast, made freshly and delicious. â

Everyone else who was staying also had their keys laid out with names/room details. No-one available to speak to, in-person, at check-in. We were in the family room, at the back/outside of the property. Whole room smelt of grease due to the chip shop adjoining the hotel. To be fair, the hotel itselt smelt greasy. âThe shower did not drain, which resulted in the bathroom becoming flooded with water. The light in the seating area would not work. The pillows were very thin and so was the mattress. Overall a poor experience. â

âThe room was clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were helpful. Parking was in front of the hotel, off the main street. The village had a few shops and a large town nearby. The hotel has a river at the bottom of the grounds which was lovely to sit near.â
