”Our stay as usual was perfect. We even had the room with new bathroom. Its been refitted with lovely large shower which is great.”

” The host was pleasant and made us welcome on arrival but the condition and the cleanliness of the property decoration, the carpets and our bathroom in general was so poor that we decided not to stay and left the property. We think the 9/10 and the 10/10 reviews of the hotel are very misleading and we should have looked more carefully before booking. We hope the management improves the property and does well in the future however we would not go back to the hotel.”

”Receptionists were friendly. The host at breakfast ensured my vegan sausages (ordered at reception the day before) were freshly heated on my arrival and breakfast was lovely. He was attentive and polite. Room was very clean with a view overlooking the garden (Room 1, double, first floor). It's one street away from the main Headingley Lane bus stops straight into Leeds City Centre and buses are regular. Lots of pubs, restaurants, hustle & bustle (it's the student area of the city)....

”Greeted by a pleasant stain member. Flat was clean. Secure parking is a plus. Things could be improved if they had the following, welcome pack giving WiFi details etc, better equipped kitchen I.e tea towel, bin and more crockery, bathroom could do with bath mat and bedroom could do with bedside cabinet with bedside lamp ”

”Spacious however I did not see one member of staff after I checked in aid before i checked out. My towels were not changed once over my 3 night stay ”
