”Our trip didn’t quite go as planned, but the hotel staff were amazing. After our flight was cancelled, we had to cancel our original booking, but managed to get a later flight. Carol, the manager, came in on her day off to help sort things out so we wouldn’t be charged twice.
The food was also great; my husband said his fish and chips were some of the biggest he’s had (and he’s had a lot!).
The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed including tea and coffee, a TV, fan, iron...
”Awesome place to stay in Leeds. 5 minute walk to the centre. Nice quiet area. Great apartment with kitchen, diner, living room, seperate bedroom, nice bathroom and even a washing machine. It had a microwave, cooker, dishwasher, beautifully laid table and stylish furniture. The staff were SUPER friendly and upgraded us to check us in early. Fridge was well stocked snd you voikd get free fresh bread from an area in reception. There is also a bar and beautiful courtyard area off the reception....
”From the moment we stepped in and were greeted by the doorman it was the best stay. We left our bag as we arrived early. On returning to the hotel we were checked in and given our key and we enjoyed a drink in the bar first. The room was upgraded for my husband's birthday and it was beautifully adorned with lots of balloons and a lovely message with chocolates from the manager. Such a lovely gesture to be so spoilt. ”A unique property that was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location in the city centre was ideal to get around. The caveat for disabled or elderly is that there are lots of stairs within the apartment. ”

”Pleasantly surprised. Paul was very welcoming & friendly. He gave us advice on taxis and where to go (taxi less than £7 to first direct arena - dont get uber!). Hotel dated but really nice. Breakfast was lovely with enough choice. Room good, bed a bit too soft for me. The fan was a welcome addition as it got hot overnight and the quilt is very warm.
