”Fantastic stay. The check in was smooth and easy. Location could not have been better. Right in the centre of the medieval city. Room was quiet and well maintained. Absolutely love everything about the hotel. Highly recommend”

”The hotel is very well situated in the Old Town - however, please be aware vehicles are not allowed in the Old Town and consequently taxis cannot get directly to the hotel. Having said that, the hotel is just a short walk from the taxi rank/port.
Our travel plans had to change at the very last minute and we arrived at the hotel far earlier than we originally anticipated, however, this was not a problem and the receptionist very helpfully managed to get us into our room far earlier than the...

”We loved staying here. The staff were super helpful and friendly and spoke amazing English which we were grateful for, as our Greek is woeful 😂. We were very thankful to be offered a pick up with our luggage from the city gate in a golf buggy (as no cars were allowed) and at checkout dropped us at the ferry terminal - amazing customer service. The room was fabulous - comfy bed, coffee machine, good sized bathroom, quiet and included a great breakfast (à la carte). Just be aware all rooms ur up...

”Be sure and don’t make the mistake we did which was booking the wine suites versus the wine hotel. We thought we were booking close in to old town at the Wine hotel and turns out we were in a completely different spot close by but different area that has security surveillance the neighborhood. staff was wonderful unhelpful but yet we weren’t where we should have been or so I thought the other issue was there was mold on the walls and we could smell paint so it seemed like they had just painted...
