”My pros and cons after spending one night: + Very friendly and helpful staff in all facilities + Decent breakfast + Modern and clean rooms + Great inside spa facilities - It's abit weird that during check in they praise their outdoor pool are while the outdoor pool area is not open. Jacuzzi out of water and pool covered with tarp - Lazy in-room AC - Small detail but if the hotel TV gives you the opportunity to connect your device to one of its HDMI ports, why the port is the one behind the TV...

”This hotel has everything, t they have thought of every single detail from baby food in the restaurant, robes for children and adults, to kids indoor play area supervised 9am to 10pm... and you can leave your child while having breakfast or dinner. Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leave”

”Nice hotel, got a free upgrade on arrival. They don’t offer couples massage but managed to find another masseuse to accommodate our request. Spa facilities were good. Good value for money, would stay again if we went back for the skiing. ”

”It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...
