”Very clean room with an excellent mattress and chic interior design”

”This hotel is absolutely a hidden oasis! We enjoyed every moment of the stay in this hotel. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The unit we stayed was spacious and clean. The location was excellent, right in the center of the French Quarter! Amazingly inside the unit it was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The living area was spacious. There were always bottles of water and cans of soda drinks available for the guests. The pool was well maintained. Valet parking was very quick...

”This beautiful hotel was absolutely the best hotel we've ever been to. Will certainly wanna go back to spend another vacation there. We were able to see all the rooms and were able to choose which one we want to stay. Each room were different and we found it very difficult to choose the one we wanted as they all were so lovely, so nicely decorated. Beds were very very good. In the lobby, there was coffee, tea, muffins, cookie etc and if you wanted to have a special coffee (espresso, cappucino...

”We had a wonderful stay at the Haunted Hotel and Christina could not have been more hospitable!! She had the room warm and comfortable for our late arrival. Her directions for entering the property were excellent and included videos. We really enjoyed the courtyard and overall the hotel was very quiet and relaxing while being a short walk from the heart of the action in the French Quarter. The old building had so much character and charm. We loved our stay. ”

”The staff were friendly and helpful. Room and build were very clean. Only issue were other guests. The person above us walked heavily and someone’s tv was extremely loud. It didn’t last long so we didn’t contact the front desk. Loved the overall stay, great hotel and location. Will recommend.”

”The rooms were clean. It weren’t perfect, I could see ear plugs sticks between the mattress and the walls. It means the cleaning was not done properly. ”

”I recently stayed at Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE, and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The noise from the elevator was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Despite my repeated requests to the hotel staff to address the issue or change my room, they were indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of concern for guest comfort is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay.”
