The room was in good condition and the staff was courteous, however, our last night (Feb 2nd) my friends, my husband and I were stuck in the lobby of the hotel due to a power outage in the building which affected use of the elevators. We sat there in the cold with blankets while the electric company checked and said there was no issue from the electric company providing power to the building but there was an issue with the circuitry within the building. We were finally told the electrician to the building would have to fix the issue. We climbed 7 flights of stairs to get to our room (701). This was inconvenient and painful as I have a leg injury. This put a damper on the last day of our trip. This is an older hotel however it is well kept. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the electricity during our stay. This may be partly due to the weather. The power was restored.
