Spend your vacation in a cozy and luxurious house nestled just below Mount Donačka, located north of Rogatec. From the top of the mountain, you can enjoy a beautiful view of Boč and its surroundings, and on clear days, the panorama stretches from the Kamnik-Savinja Alps all the way to Pohorje. The untouched nature offers diverse opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, paragliding... The location of the house is exceptional as it is situated in close proximity to a natural reserve and only a 15-minute drive to the oldest Slovenian natural spa, Rogaška Slatina. The locations of Podčetrtek, Celje, Ptuj, Maribor, and Zagreb (Croatia) are all less than an hour away.

The house is 300m2 large and accommodates 12 people, making it perfect for families or groups of friends who want to spend the most beautiful moments together. The size of the entire property, which is 2 hectares, ensures peace and enjoyment in untouched nature. The house is built in the traditional style of Lower Styria using natural building materials, providing a lot of comfort.
The lower floor offers a spacious room for socializing and dining with a bread oven, two separate toilet facilities, a smaller room that can also serve as a workspace, and a large, professionally equipped kitchen suitable for everyday use (large work surfaces, two separate sinks, 2 refrigerators, freezer, dishwasher, and other kitchen equipment, which can be described as complete).
On the upper floor, there are 4 spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. Each room has a large double bed ("king size") and a standard single bed. All rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs...
The entire house is covered by a fast and high-quality WiFi signal. You can step out of the house onto the terrace under the vine, where there is also a gas grill available.
Starting from May, a new attractive pool, measuring 3.5m x 7.5m, with a view of Mount Donačka and the beautiful nature, will be at your disposal.

On request, we also arrange horseback riding or other activities available in the immediate vicinity. We also offer transfers, pick-ups, or drop-offs from major airports or public transport stations nearby. If you require a crib during your stay, please inform us well in advance.
