”Great place to stay before heading to Crater Lake. New property, comfortable room and amenities and breakfast one would expect. The only thing I noticed missing was in-room safe. Overall would stay again if visiting the area. ”

”You can tell this motel has stepped up their game. I stayed here once a few years ago and it was getting pretty run down. They've done some renovations , and it shows. The staff are super helpful, act like they genuinely care about their job and the clientele they serve. The front desk gals went above and beyond to accommodate our stay when the booking site I went through told me I was SOL. The pool / life guard / maintenance guy takes his job to heart and went out of his way to stay a bit later...

”Awful, no dressers nowhere to put your clothes,no shower soap, no holders for soap. Breakfast was awful footwasbad to begin with then ran out of juice, Yogurt, yogurt, sir fruit was old and stale just playing awful”

”We traveled about 13 hours and were exhausted. The staff was wonderful, the rooms clean, and the beds comfy. It was exactly what we needed! Thank you!”

”The property is at a winery with beautiful views of swans and a new baby swan, and the surrounding vineyards. The grounds are in good condition and the areas next to winery are lush and green with lots of things to look at. The winery itself has good food and even better wine. The Glamp Cottage trailer we stayed in was full of amenities including an electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit, outdoor dining and a hot tub. When you walk inside it is decorated very nice. The view out the full size back...

”Very clean and the staff was outstanding. The breakfast was a little cold and the hot water ran out. There was no shampoo and very little soap. Only 1 tissue left in the box so I had to go ask for more. Despite the above comments, we will stay here again if passing through Medford, OR again.”

”GPS struggled giving instructions on how to get there. It tried taking us to some trucking company. The lobby carpet looked old and was bunched up. I was happy the staff put my parents with mobility issues on the first floor but extremely displeased when I walked into their room. The carpet and sheer curtain were all slashed up. The bed looked old and broke down. There were no extra pillows and mom had to ask for blankets.”

”Overall, we thought the Quality Inn was great! Check in was very efficient and staff was kind and friendly. The room was clean, loved that they had so many amenities like a gym, pool, sauna, and close to the airport. The bed was comfortable. I was especially pleased that they had fresh hot coffee at 3:00 am. Flight was too early to take advantage of their breakfast. I went with four stars due to chemical smell of cleaner, but that was relieved with the ability to open window and door for...

”Upon arrival, we were given a room where the exhaust ventilation system was located and was loud and noisy sounding like a generator when it rattled. We couldn't sleep. We then requested a different room the next day and that room was a lot better.”
