Super quiet neighborhood, easy to get to beach or just cruise around through Russian river area. Probably due for a kitchen equipment replenish, not quite enough dishes for our group. ”It was very inviting for sure. The super friendly cat was too cute. We could see the neighbor outside, so assuming they can also see. We cleaned the grill to use it. Lights and heat seem to be on a timer/preset. Big tv. Lots of amenities was nice. Its also super close to a grocery store, town, and redwood trails.”

”Pleasant stay w comfy bed. Glad to have the mini splits since the December weather was chilly. Small but utilitarian kitchen. Also small but functional bathroom off master but need to be a shorter person to enjoy shower. Place is on 2nd hole of golf course w a nice view of ocean.”

It was a lovely cozy space in the trees, well stocked with games which we enjoyed! Everything you could want/need for a getaway. Host was very responsive when I had a question. ”
