”Our room was perfect and the staff were so accommodating to get our room ready early so we could get ready for a wedding. Breakfast was lovely! Our only issue was a knocking in the wall of our room which kept us awake. Raised it with staff on the way out and they were so apologetic.”

”There is a reason why this hotel is rated higher than some four-star hotels. They know service and live it everyday. Their service is so over the top that I said thank you more time in two days than I have any other time in my life. They are a strong amazing team. I highly recommend this hotel!!”

”Last minute booking made at 8pm by 11.30pm was at the property and no lockbox enaul had been forwarded so could not get into the property. Had to find alternative accomodation as could not waitcany longer for the info as no indication my issue was being addressed. Finally received the lockbox email at 12 30am 4.5hrs after the booking. Would not advise last minute/evening bookings for this venue.”

”It was a pleasant stay with friendly staff, you make your own breakfast there a variety of cereals and toast, croissants. Wifi available and the b&b is close to town centre.. I will definitely go back. ”

”The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button. ”Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended.”

”Not expecting too much for a 3 star hotel you just a clean room to rest but you certainly don't expect a hotel room to have a huge wet patch on the floor from some sort of leak or them trying to clean something up, a curtain missing so could not undress without the risk of exposing to neighbouring room and and considering it should have been a non smoking room to had a very strong odour of smoke that was ingrained in the carpet and beds. Paid for for two nights but woke up early checked out and...
