Majatalot – Romania

”I first came to this property eight years ago, and it is wonderful to see that the quality has not diminished one bit. The staff are just as friendly as I remember. Radu and his wife are doing a terrific job — taking care of the property, managing everything with such care and professionalism. Radu is not only an excellent host but also an incredible human being, and the same can be said about his exceptional staff. We would happily come and stay here anytime, and we truly hope to return soon....

”The house owner is very helpful. The room is very comfy like a 5 stars hotel. The location is easy to access too. I would recommend to stay at T house if you are visiting Sibiu. ”

”The hotel is located in the heart of old town in a historical building and it’s fully reformed. The room was spacious and clean, but as it was facing the square, it was extremely noisy. Breakfast was served in the restaurant downstairs, it was good, but there were disconnects between the hotel and restaurant and the so called reception. A good attempt. ”

”Great view. Easy walk through the park to the town. Enjoyable breakfast with other guests. Comfortable room. Fair bit of road noise in the room and parking was taken so we parked on the verge across the road, but it was a busy holiday weekend so I think would usually be OK. Couple of minor maintenance issues in room but nothing serious. Enjoyed our stay.”

”The owner of the property was very kind and helpful. Although we didn’t share a language, we communicated through Google Translate. The room was on the small side, but well outfitted and nicely appointed. It had a heat pump, so it was easy to cool the room when outside temperatures were hot and sticky. Excellent value for the cost. I felt very safe there. ”

”location is close to center. but no parking place available. it was difficult to find parking place and needs to put money several times to parking lot which was 5 min walk. if you are lucky , maybe can find a place in the street in front of the hotel. room was very nice and clean. but the common area had no drinking water and the coffee mashine wa not cleaned and the filter with old coffee was allover molded. bring your flashlight if you want to go back at night as the light at the gate has a...

”This was a father/daughter run guesthouse and they were very accommodating. The rooms are good sized and very clean with everything needed for a good stay, including tea, coffee and bottled water. There is no elevator but they graciously helped bring our suitcases upstairs. The breakfast (included) was excellent. This was more like staying with friends at their house.”
