”The room and the staff are great! Just a few issues with the room:
- Air Con was not working throughout our stay. Because we were in a family room, there was only 1 other room available which also didn’t have working air con. We even called ahead to check the air con was working and were informed it was.
- Our shower gel was empty upon arrival and had to ask 3 times for new shower gel.

”Clean room, clean hotel. Concierge and staff not up to par. They told us every night that hotel restaurants are full but we managed to get spaces ourselves and with the help of the manager. In the end both nights the restaurants were half full - the concierge did not even bother to check.
Both restaurants and staff were great.”
