âVery well taken care of hotel. Very clean. Tubs are a little stained. They probably were the only thing not replaced at the last renovation. I still dont really like carpet in a hotel either.â

âI booked the room for my husband & son who were going to the zoo Tues. morning. The car broke down, stranding them on the road. I contacted the hotel to see if we could get our fee waived due to circumstance (can provide proof of breakdown). They said only Expedia could waive fee. Expedia said it was up to hotel & they spoke to hotel & said I'd get an email. So far, the only email from Hampton is this. "How was your stay?"
Well, I really DIDN'T enjoy paying over a hundred and eighty five...

âBuffet breakfast was good. Suite was roomy. Suite wasnât ready when we went to check in so I was supposed to get a $60 credit which I never received. I had paid in full at time of booking through Expedia.â

âFriendly staff, clean room but smelled strongly of garlic. I guess I would prefer that to overly-scented deodorizer/cleaner! Rooms have been updated but starting to show some wear and tear for sure. Bathroom door had to be shoved closed and was pretty loud. Overall I would stay here again.â

âRoom was disgusting wasn't clean sat on the couch the few hours we could stand it and left. Curtains full of unknown substances microwave dirty and bathroom looked and smelled like a male college shared bathroom.. bedsheets smelled like mildewâ

âI had booked a db queen bed with a couch and there was no couch. They said oh yes this has been a problem on our websight we have asked them to take the false advertisement down but they havenât for a year now. Food was cold, they take dishes and clean with the same dirty hands. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone!â
