”Clean and warm cottage in the center of town, very quirky but a nice environment, it is on one of the few roads running through Rye so does suffer from some traffic noise although not too intrusive. Everything was in order on our arrival so all in all a nice place to stay. ”

”Perfect accommodation for a quiet country getaway, with a very comfortable bed, excellent shower & generally very well equipped, clean & maintained to a high standard. We liked the pretty garden. Were slightly concerned on arrival that it appeared to be in the middle of nowhere but were impressed to discover the excellent Jempsons superstore nearby which has lots of local produce & everything you could possibly need. ”Our only negative is the location of the property on a major road... difficult to get out with the traffic. Otherwise this house is a gem and the reviews do it justice - spacious, well appointed, everything you need, great for visiting surrounding areas. Shame we came in winter and couldn't also enjoy the fabulous garden too!”

”This little cottage is incredible! Absolutely beautiful setting, well decorated, immaculate condition and has everything you need at hand. The hot tub was perfect! The surprise addition of the homemade bread, butter, milk and eggs was much appreciated. We cannot wait to return ”

”A wonderful cosy, quirky cottage, deep in the Kent countryside. Ideal location for walking dog owners, a couple looking for a romantic break or friends. Perfect for a short winter break. Lovely log burner. Relaxing and peaceful. A word of warning, very steep stairs. Felt like we were on a boat at times as the floors upstairs slope so much. This place has real character though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, seeing the New Year in. Highly recommend.”

”Perfect location, nothing more than 10 minutes walk away in the city. Located in a fairly quite street so not much traffic or noise even on Saturday night. Well equipped with everything you need. Parking space available in a city centre is a definite bonus. Will book here again as we want to come back to Canterbury again.”

”The stables was in an ideal location for exploring East Sussex and Kent with lots of nearby attractions. The White Hart inn next door is a family owned village pub with lots of character, good beer and food. The accommodation was ideal for a couple. The open kitchen /longe was very well equipped with the added bonus of French windows onto a small patio area with outside seating. Very difficult to find any faults as is highly recommended we would certainly stay here again.”
