”A beautiful place but it has a few minor shortfalls The pool is lovely but no bar service We were in a group of four couples and none of us could work the phones to get reception or room service We couldn’t get into our rooms until 4:30pm which makes it difficult Two of the four couples found their rooms a bit average for the price”

”This hotel is beautiful and very inviting. The rooms were a bit small, which was a challenge, but we made the most of it and got along ok. I would stay here again, but would ask for the largest room they have. The location was wonderful, and the property team was very kind. They need to mix up the menu, as they serve the same 3 items every night. We did ask for a different meal, and they somehow made it happen.”

”Could not beat the location, absolutely stunning. Our room was also top drawer. However, dinner was mediocre, waiting staff were poorly trained. Breakfast was poor, again few staff, not attentive and food choices were very limited. I had to chase 3 times to order a simple omelette and it was not busy or peak season. Overall beautiful setting which promised highly but service did not deliver and certainly not aligned to the price paid”
