”The room was clean and nicely decorated. The sofa bed needs a new mattress as you can feel the springs digging in when you lay on the bed. Staff were friendly and helpful although there was a mix up over the cost of breakfast for children as we were told, ahead of our stay, that under 12’s were half price but aren’t. The bathroom could be revamped to give more space whilst standing in the bath showering - it’s far too small plus having a broken shower bracket resulted in water spraying...

We would definitely stay again as it was convenient for a stop over before embarking on a cruise the following day from Southampton.”
