”Room very clean & tidy looks like a recent refurbish which was very well done , the only thing was the mattresses could do with renewing , which is the only negative thing to say about our stay was able to help ourselves to tea ,coffee etc when needed . ”Lovely setting, great welcome, food superb, staff friendly and helpful We had the suite (kingfisher) which was an excellent room except for a radiator being stuck on in the bathroom. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!! If I have any criticism of the room, a little use of bleach would have gone a long way but please don’t let that put you off. The place is very very good. ”The property is timber framed and old, really old. Cleanliness and condition is very good but this building needs constant maintenance. We loved it, it’s very old and full of history. Hotellin alakerran pubi oli rennon viihtyisä , ja hintaan kuulunut aamiainen naapurissa sijainneessa kahvila The Docksissa hyvä . Hotellin sijainti Oxford Streetillä oli todella hyvä. ”The pub itself is very old and in need of complete redecoration. The stairs, carpets, walls, paintwork leading up to the room was in a very poor state. Carpets need a good clean and decorating needs to be done. However, although the room was very basic and worn, the bed was comfortable, the bed linen clean and well laundered.
