”Clean quiet and great location”

”Property was well located between airport and downtown. Once it was understood how to get the key, it went smoothly. There is no live person to receive guests at the property. Unit was clean and as advertised. Not great for 2 unrelated guests as bathroom door doesn’t lock or even fully close (trim at base prevents this). Beds take up most of the bedrooms, quite literally touching the walls on 3 sides. They were decent however.”

”The hotel smells like chemicals from strong cleaners. Room matches pictures but very small. It is under renovations, one elevator, rooms feel old. Bed uncomfortable. I woke up tired. It was confident only.”

”Sean was the owners son and he was just great at getting you registered and settled in. He also made a wonderful breakfast in the morning. I would stay there again.”

”Decent hotel but poor service. Two quotes: ”We don’t have umbrellas for our customers because we cannot trust them to return” (when asking for umbrellas on a rainy day) and ”Sorry, we totally forgot you” (after a long wait at breakfast. ”

”I arrived past midnight and managed to check in well even though the process took a while. I got a top floor room which was spacious. Unfortunately, the bedsheets were dirty and this was not a nice suprise after 52hrs of travel and just wanting to sleep. Additionally, the next morning when I picked up dropped shampoo from the floor I found a random pill behind the sink counter. In general, the cleanliness could therefore be greatly improved. ”

”Bed and pillows were terrible but overall it was a good stay....breakfast was very good and pool and hottub were good too”

”Room was filthy thermostat was hanging off the wall., was eventually given a new room and what’s that room the TV kept freezing up, I cannot load the pictures in here, I have of the first room, that room was unacceptable. I should never have been given that room in the first place make sure you think the amount of dust that was on that lamp. How clean was the bed that I slept on?”

”When I checked in, I asked that my Best Western rewards number be registered and was told because I used Expedia, I couldn't earn points. That was quickly corrected by the manager. I like a clean room and a bathroom I can turn around in, and that's what I got. I loved the pillows, enough to want some for my home. There was a connecting door to the next room, and no lock on it. That was surprising. I had my own lock and used it to secure my space. Breakfast was not spectacular. The cheese...

”Stayed one night during a long drive. Restaurants nearby are very limited. The room I booked is non smoking and yet I still could smell cigarettes probably coming out from exhaust vent.”
