”Staff was helpful, sheets were clean. However the carpet smelled very bad mixed with strong chemical smell. Furniture was very dated, sweaky. Roaches and spiders were in the room. Barely spent the night and left off hotel at 0630am with coughing. It was the worst hotel experience when I was expecting a good night sleep in a four star hotel. Photos are deceiving.”

”I arrived past midnight and managed to check in well even though the process took a while. I got a top floor room which was spacious. Unfortunately, the bedsheets were dirty and this was not a nice suprise after 52hrs of travel and just wanting to sleep. Additionally, the next morning when I picked up dropped shampoo from the floor I found a random pill behind the sink counter. In general, the cleanliness could therefore be greatly improved. ”

”This hotel is in a great location. The front reception staff were lovely, as were the staff in the breakfast room. The food was also fresh with acceptable choices. Our room was older and definitely in need of some upgrades or renos. However, the beds were comfortable and the bedding and towels were pristine.”

”We were very disappointed with our stay. Throughout the night, there was a man outside yelling and swearing, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. The listing stated that breakfast would be available at 7:00 a.m. We went to the office at 7:30 a.m. to have breakfast before checking out, but no one was there. We had to call the number posted on the door, and someone didn’t arrive until around 8:00 a.m. By that point, we decided to leave and purchase breakfast elsewhere. While the...
