The service was otherwise very kind and helpful, but at the reception there was an older man who were not helpful at all and when we asked nicely to have our luggage from the storage he replied that he will only give them to us if we say please. There was also a woman who came to the lobby amd wanted to see the rooftop bar and asked for directions but he did not help her and just asked what do you want to see there??

"I checked out lots of hotels before booking the Hotel Grand and it lived up to my expectations. Great value for money, great location for my trip. Good menu for evening meal, breakfast could do with improving. would definitely stay again."

"A very nice traditional hotel. Rooms were clean and nice size. There is limited parking in front of hotel and parking on the adjacent street. Staff were courteous and attentive to service. A Kolin resident told me we were staying in the best hotel in Kolin. We were very satisifed with everything. ..."
