The access code was tricky to operate and instructions on how to use it were incomplete. Additionally, there seems to have been something in the driveway that provides access to the parking lot from the side streeet (not Broadway) that punctured my tires - 2 differeent tires, on the 2 different times I drove out of that exit. Not having staff onsite probably...

”One of the main reasons I booked this room was for the kitchen. I travel for work and prefer not to eat out. The kitchen had no kitchenware to use. It stated kitchenware was for sale at the front desk, when I went to buy them, they didn't have any available. I have traveled for work for 30 years and have never encountered a hotel that supplied a kitchen with no kitchenware. They did not supply a coffee maker, no ironing board or iron, no toiletries and no soap. Did not have a good...

”This hotel was horrible. We left at 7pm and swapped hotels. The floors were sticky and dirty and all the rooms need major updating. The sofa had stains on it, bathrooms were old and had mold by toilet and in shower. It smelled. And we paid way too much. Do better.”
