”Over a month ago I reserved a smoke free room and when I got there on 10-14-17 they only had a smokers room left which was so unpleasant and the bedspread had nail polish on it and was not the cleanest, and the room smelled terrible. JoAnn Schaeffer”

”Hotel that allows smoking says it all”

”More like a bed and buffet! Ask Ray about the imported from Naples pastries! I stayed in comfy room 2 which has its own private entry/exit n the side. Check out hole in the wall Friends & Co for amazing lobster roll and fries and Allegre for Italian 4-course prix-fixe. Hammonasset Beach State Park nearby was a nice oasis in the fall. Would visit here again with the lady.”

”I saw someone else write a review that said it was weird the curtains didn't go all the way down in the window area and they were right, which was a bit odd... Also the doors to the rooms are HEAVY! You can hear them slamming in the night while trying to sleep and it's no one's fault, they just automatically slam due to their weight. I wouldn't allow my senior father to handle the door at all as I didn't trust they wouldn't knock him over. On one of our two mornings, the breakfast ladies...

”We were only there for a quick overnight trip, so we didn’t make use of any amenities. We traveled with four people in one vehicle, but were charged valet parking fees for two vehicles. I’m still awaiting the refund for that. The hotel and area are absolutely beautiful.”

”A lovely stay at a classic New England B & B. Perfect location for a visit to Madison.”

”Huone vähän jo kulahtanut, mutta ihan riittävä lyhyeen majoitukseen. Maksullinen pysäköinti kadun toisella puolella pysäköintitalossa, mistä kulkusilta hotelliin.”

”The hotel has a classic and stylish interior, original and respecting Yale university’s heritage. I loved it, as you feel part of Yale’s legacy. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was very limited, that’s the only minus.”

”Practical hotel for one night stay next to the road. Pool and breakfast available. Do not recommend the hamburgers in the restaurant. Recommended jogging route was around the parking lot which was bit interesting.”
