”Berkey himself is a gracious, helpful, and thoughtful host. His communications are excellent and once there, he will be there for you. He attends to details and has pride in this hideaway. It requires a walk up ~40 steep steps but once on top, your are in a beautiful valley with wildlife and jungle sounds. ”Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Our favourite was the weekday driver. The cottage had a very nice kitchen unfortunately not much utensils in it... Being so...

”The property is high in the mountain and remote from the town. The view is spectacular, and we enjoyed excellent privacy for a tranquil stay.
