”The room was big and clean.
The breakfast was ok but we missed some cheese. It was a bit difficult with the shuttle bus, because it did not leave at specific times, but you had to call the hotel. I called twice and waited a long time before they answered. Then they could not tell how long we had to wait. Anything up to some hours. When we finally got the bus after one hour everything worked well. According to the price we were quite happy with the hotel, but next time we probably choose a hotel...

”Having to wait hours for the shuttle outside door 512 Island 3 west side in the cold, jaded our stay. I called the desk 3 times to ask if a shuttle was coming and the front desk guy was very rude. Told me I was waiting at the wrong spot. Which I wasn’t.
The room was adequate. Breakfast wasn’t great. We won’t be staying there again.”

”Stayed one night returning from Vail as we do two times a year and book at Aurora hotels.
Once I arrived home, I saw four charges on my credit card, two nights $112 +$50 +30.
Sent email a couple of times to Mrs. Rayes (manager) call her more than six times with no answer.
Person at front desk told me there was blood at bed sheets. I slept in one bed and my wife and kid in the other one, I don't get where blood came from.

”Staff was great. Our bathroom was filthy. Mold around the tub, toilet seat looked like it was refreshed by painting it. The floor hadn’t been swept. There was a pill on the floor in the bathroom.
