”The only reason im not giving exelente and I had a bad experience with my bed I woke up the very next day with to bug bites on my feet and leg and the last day 1 on my back but I didn't realize I have 3 bites on my back and 2 on my torso. I called the hotel to let them know about the bed bugs but all I got is thank you for letting us know . Everything was pleasant but who want to go home with bug bites now freaking out cleaning all my clothes even the clean one and my blankets that I take on...
