”My stay was horrible this time. Based on my previous stay 2 years ago, I decided to book for this trip. One of the 2 elevators was out of order the entire week we were there. The only working elevators had broken tile on the floor. There was no hot breakfast as advertised. There is now a cold breakfast option. The last day we were there, they ran out of creamer for coffee. The staff said they were out ( it was 6:30 a.m.) and got some milk from the cereal section. I went to a nearby...

”I don’t like writing bad reviews. I vowed to never stay at aloft Katy mills again. But I did because I needed to be in the area. Stained carpet , table had some hard stuff on it. Ok I just wanted to sleep. The pillow cases had stains. Which is why I travel with my own pillow cases. I forgot to grab my pillow case Aloft is just a name luxurious is a feeling. You won’t get both but you will pay a premium ”

”This is a great property with regard to location. Very quiet and not located next to any high volume traffic street. Made the room feel more secure. It was clean, registration was easy, and desk staff very good.”
