Villa Cycas is a detached villa all to yourself, with a pool and a private garden spanning 2,500 square meters, located in Roseto degli Abruzzi, a Blue Flag destination since 1999. No neighbors, no hotel rules: just your vacation, at your own pace.

THE VILLA (240 square meters on two levels, accommodates up to 6 adults + cribs upon request)

On the first floor, a spacious living room with a TV lounge and a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, connected to the upper floor by a stunning travertine staircase. Upstairs, there are three bright double bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a tub and shower.

Outside, the true heart of the home: a 2,500-square-meter garden with a pool, sun deck, and gazebo, and a terrace overlooking the hills, perfect for an aperitif at sunset or a poolside dinner featuring local produce, cooked on the fully equipped barbecue.
