”My loft was not at the main location had to drive a couple miles away in random area beside industrial park behind police station. Room smelled like smoke and had no toiletries or hangers. Host responded to address on check-in but not thereafter to simple requests for toilet paper, also not provided. Place was tired and dusty. ”

”The room was clean and tidy upon arrival. We arrived around 8am and had to wait a long time for a staff member to come to the desk to check us in. There is no AC in the halls or elevator so it was pretty hot.
Breakfast was not great and there were a ton of flies in the dining room. Overall probably wouldn’t chose this hotel again.”

”Booked a double queen wheel chair accessible room via Expedia. When I checked in the girl/woman informed me that all handicapped rooms were being remodeled. My son is a paraplegic and needs the larger bathroom. The girl/woman was rude, no customer service skills, no empathy and needs to be fired. She is not fit to work with the public. This happened Sunday night around 7pm so that management knows who was on duty. I went to the home by Hilton across the street and they were more than happy to...

”I stay here each time I come to Lexington for business trips and it is always a great place to stay. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and the breakfast is really good. This is my go to place. I typically stay in higher end hotels and had never considered staying at a Best Western, but one time I came everything was full and I stayed here by chance.
