Cala Verde House, apartment with beach access, private umbrella, and lounge chairs

Cala Verde House is a small apartment located inside a beautiful villa overlooking the sea, 2 km from Castiglioncello. Guests can enjoy an exclusive terrace with a beach umbrella and lounge chairs, from which they can reach the beach via just a few steps; they can also use the shared tables in the park for outdoor lunches or dinners.

From the villa’s main entrance, a staircase (50 steps) leads to the apartment’s entrance, which boasts a wonderful sea view of the Tuscan islands, with the sunset right in front.
The first floor consists of a single room with a large window overlooking the sea, featuring a kitchen, table, and chairs.
The bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor.
Going up the internal staircase, you’ll find the loft, which serves as a double bedroom.
Walking through the villa’s garden, you reach the private terrace for the exclusive use of the house’s guests, equipped with a beach umbrella, two lounge chairs, and a chair. From the terrace, just a few steps lead down to the crystal-clear sea. Near the terrace, there is a shared outdoor shower (with cold water) and a shared bathroom with hot showers.
You can also use the numerous tables within the shared grounds for dining or having lunch outdoors.
One parking space in the villa’s private parking lot is reserved for guests of the house.

Upon checkout, you will be required to pay a tourist tax of 1.00 euro per person per day.
