This beautifully renovated three-room apartment, located just 450 meters from the beach, offers a serene and comfortable retreat on the third and top floor of a building with elevator access. The layout includes a spacious living area with an open kitchen and a cozy sofa, perfect for relaxation. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, making it ideal for families or small groups. The bathroom features a modern shower and a convenient washing machine.
The highlight of the apartment is the large, furnished terrace, which overlooks a lush pine forest and provides a relaxing space for outdoor meals, thanks to the table, chairs, and a retractable sunshade. The peaceful setting ensures a quiet atmosphere, away from any disturbances, creating a perfect environment to unwind.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, mosquito screens on windows, and a private parking space within the courtyard for added convenience. As a special feature, guests have access to the residence’s popular swimming pool, just a short stroll away.
