”The house was super clean and well organized. It has everything you’d need for a vacation. There are a lot of spaces to gather or have some quiet time to yourself. The canoe was damaged, which was a major bummer for the younger boys who wanted to fish on the lake and couldn’t kayak. The swing by the lake was also out of commission due to maintenance. ”

”What a comfortable and cozy place to stay! The location is perfect for a visit to Indiana --- close to downtown, IUP, shopping, and even a lovely park with hiking trails. Chris, our host, was terrific: great communication and the property was just as described. We enjoyed quiet walks in the neighborhood and the back deck is perfect for a morning or evening cup of coffee. The bed was comfy and the bath was well appointed. We had a wonderul stay. Highly recommend!”

”The apartment was very clean. The overall building was fascinating - old dark wood inside, etc. The location was convenient to downtown DuBois and nearby eating places. We had a family get-together in Reynoldsvlle, which was an easy drive. Our only feedback is that the bed creaked in a little and the mattress sagged a bit in the middle. Glad we could have our dog. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay, and hope to stay again next year!”

”This is the second time we have stayed at The Oarhouse and would highly recommend it. Everything was clean and well-cared for. ”We came here to visit family and escape the heat and humidity in Central Florida and boy did we. The property looks like a tiny house, but suprisingly has three sleeping areas and a combination kitchen setting area all made of natural wood, looked like hewn knotty pine.
