”Everything was nice the lady at the front desk was really nice the only thing wrong the vending machine's didnt have a very good selection.”

”Very nice and welcoming reception staff but the hotel need ne upgraded and have potential dor it. I saw it looks that some works are coming...the rooms can be more presentable making the stay can be more confortable: we didn't have towels in room and we need to the front desk to pick them up ”

”We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, however, we were not able to check in until 8 PM. We have very exhausted kids that needed to get to bed. The hotel was severely understaffed. I called several times to see when we can check in and they would never answer the phone. I left a message on their website and they just gave me an automatic reply. I felt bad for the front desk staff. For paying $250 I would expect this from a low-grade hotel. Definitely not worth the money. I would at least...

”This is one of the nicest hotels in Topeka...Staff totally professional..it is clean! Has a bar and restaurant that serves from the bar area..Many arras that are open to watch TV or just play cards...the room we had on 1st floor had exceptionally high ceilings, really nice! The area is very accessible to event happenings. ”
