”Nice new hotel, good for an overnight stay after a long drive, clean and comfy bed, lovely hot shower too. ”

”There is a large car park but it can get busy at peak times. Register your car at the bar. Our fourth visit in the last year. We like it. Staff, food, atmosphere and location. There are a few maintenance issues that could be addressed, e.g. dripping taps, shower door off runners and touch up of decor in places. We expect to return.”

”Great hotel in a lovely spot, elevated above the road linking Matlock + Matlock bath. Comfortable and clean rooms with good space, and friendly, helpful staff. Evening food was really nice too. Definitely recommend 🌞”

”Bar offered a very good selection and the breakfast was good but only available between 8 and 10 am. By 9.50 however there was little left and some of the food had been sitting around for too long.”
