The room was heavily scented with a spray, but with request its use was stopped. It was also possible to open the window and air it out. But, if you have asthma or otherwise sensitive to scents, this hotel may not be for you.

There will be a kettle in your room with tea packets. The oven, stovetop, and laundry machine does not work. There is a working fridge. The TV has channels and apps to watch shows/films. If you like to walk, this is the place to be. However, if you do not, take the bus because the city centre is 1.6km. There is no front desk, if you need help you have to go outside and ring the bell to alert the staff. The room was nice and comfy.

Excellent customer service and facilities. Food was superb. Great breakfast menu and added bonus of spa and pool. Highly recommend.

The staff was nice. Apartment was a little bit outdated but otherwise OK. It was clean and bed was nice. Surroundings were peaceful and nice. Would stay again if I would be in Belfast.
