”Had a very nice stay here with our dogs. I was surprised by the size of room for the price. We had a 1 bedroom suite and the whole room had recently been remodeled with nice name brand amenities (e.g. Samsung, Cuisinart). Also the campus had lots of area for our dogs to walk around. The staff was also great. Photo’s on the listing accurately reflect the rooms. You can tell some of the property on the campus is currently under construction but it did not interfere with our stay at all. We will...

”Breakfast and parking great! Big issue with check out and check in. The front desk did not charge for incidentals during checkin, however, during checkout, the front desk charged the fee of $100.00. This charge was never discussed until check out! This after staying there for 7 days! Complete Negligence by this property?”

”Good value for money. We had two rooms for four people, one room smelled badly of cigarettes but the other one was completely clean and nice. Basic breakfast, no other amenities. A very good “mex-tex” restaurant next door but otherwise you need a car (or an Uber) to get around. ”

”The hotel was alien themed which added to the experience of being in Roswell. Original artwork. The room we stayed in had a smell of fresh paint but didn't take away from the room itself. The elevator and hallway were kinda dirty. The floors in the room were old as well. But everything else was good, the air conditioning worked well. Would stay again if visiting Roswell.”

”The owners were very nice and accommodating. The ice machine was out of service, but they gave me ice from theirs whenever I asked. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. While they don’t have breakfast, there’s a coffee and juice machine. The location is great. ”

”The blankets were really, really thin. Was woken up by the smoke detectors test without any warning. The pool area was covered in mold. The pool was green and closed. The hot tub was not usable with no prior information before check-in so my trip was really really ruined because I had plans to relax by the pool after a 14 Hour Drive. I wanted to sit in the hot tub”

”Staffs rude, we checked into the hotel and we had to keep asking for towels and TP. We checked in at at 2 and finally received our towels and toilet paper at 7”
