”Friends and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Roswell by IHG and wanted to share my feedback. This was the best hotel stay I have had in a Holiday Inn. The breakfast was excellent, and both the hostess and the cook were among the kindest people we met during our time in New Mexico. However, we did encounter one issue. An older lady from housekeeping who was mopping near the pool told my 5-year-old granddaughter that she should not be eating and talking. This incident was quite upsetting,...

”This Hotel is Amazing, You would expect to pay well over $100 a night, Several different floor plans, upgradable Rooms Great Staff and and just a Warm Friendly environment, Inside Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, And Fitness room.. Big thumbs up!! To Cash Rewards Inn.... 👍”

”Our room had 2 towels for family of 4 and was missing the tv remote The bathroom was not swept, the mirror cleaned, nor the microwave. Calling the front desk is hit or miss if someone answers. I went down to get towels from the front desk the first night. The next day, the front desk answered and asked us to come down and get the remote. One of the front desk ladies was very helpful, asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything multiple times over 3 days. The other front desk lady...

”The only reason I booked at this property was because the other hotel I usually stay at I was booked as were many others. The only other hotels I could find were very expensive and this one. I've stated that it had a continental breakfast as well as a pool and hot tub, which I was looking forward to so I chose this one. Pool and hot tub out of order, no blanket on bed, floor not clean, HORRIBLE smell that attached to my clothes and luggage. Rude and slow staff. "Breakfast" was a joke. The only...

”The woman at check in was great!! I booked a joining rooms it was nice. The breakfast was good too. The pool I will say was nice and warm the hot tub wasn’t heated so that was a bummer. All in all we had a great stay we will be back.”

”Greeted with a smile. We arrived early, but were allowed to check in. We had a king suite and it was roomy and cozy. Chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon were yummy. Parking was convenient right outside our door. Breakfast was better than the norm with hot options, waffles, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal and breads. Very friendly staff and located right in the middle of town. Highly recommend!”

”Good value for money. We had two rooms for four people, one room smelled badly of cigarettes but the other one was completely clean and nice. Basic breakfast, no other amenities. A very good “mex-tex” restaurant next door but otherwise you need a car (or an Uber) to get around. ”

”Room was very spacious and set up well. We brought our dog so we had a dog friendly room the floors we not as clean as the room I stayed in last time when I was their by myself. But the room and kitchen itself was clean. ”

”Easy on and off access for travelers. Second floor room with a dog not ideal and not much for amenities but all good for the money.”

”Breakfast was not good compared to all of our other Hampton Inn stays. The food area was poorly attended- No one replenishing items, many items were empty. The oatmeal was dried out and like wall paper paste. They ran out of coffee and I waited quite awhile. I finally had to ask the front desk if more coffee was ready. The front desk person had to run back to the kitchen herself to bring it out. Beds are not supportive.”

”Front desk service was wonderful. No problems with our reservation or check in. Room was clean and well maintained. Nice pillows, comfortable beds. Tv and remote worked. This will be our go-to place in Roswell.”
