”Location was just perfect to walk around the old Porto and to its tourist attractions. Short walking distance from Personnell was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and with no city background noice. Good breakfast with tasty and fresh orange juice. The coffee machine was free to use all time for hotel quests. Hotel interior has many stairs and narrow corridors.”

Ruhtinaallista herätä aamulla, kun aamiainen tuotiin huoneeseen ja päivällä sai vielä noutaa kello viiden teen. Light metrot Beto ja Tridade muutaman sadan metrin päässä! Kolmen päivän kortilla , 15 €, pääsi liikkumaan kätevästi niin metrossa kuin busseissa. ”

”Forget to send a review! This is the one of the best hotels I have been! Staff is super friendly and the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are super nice. Me and my girlfriend went there for her birthday and they made it perfect. I asked cava bottle to room and it was there and also they hotel staff did but a cake there. So I have to say thank you guys your are the best! I will recommend this hotel to every one! Location is good and Porto is lovely! Thank you !”

”We loved staying here. Staff was so welcoming, steered us in right direction for food and sightseeing. Had great drinks before dinner at their in- house bar and then walked to dinner. One night at Cruel and one night at Mistu. Both fantastic. We loved our walk back up the hill to the quiet neighborhood where the inn was. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and perfect before set off on foot each day to see the sights. I highly recommend this small, quiet hotel. Thank you for such a nice...

”Hotelli on kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista. Huone oli siisti ja suhteellisen tilava. Huoneiden välinen äänieristys ei ole paras mahdollinen mutta onneksi hotellissa ei ollut möykkääviä vieraita. Henkilökunta erittäin avuliasta ja ystävällistä.”

”Lovely, clean place, walking distance from Bolhão subway station. So the location is excellent, whether you want to explore on foot or take the subway to venture farther away. Only negative: you have to negotiate a narrow winding staircase with landings. It may be an issue for elderly people but age 64 with a small suitcase and backpack each, we managed fine. Strongly recommend! We’d stay there again. ”

”Voimme vilpittömästi suositella 1872 River Housea. Hotelli on todella pieni, siellä on vain 8 huonetta, mikä tekee siitä kodinomaisen. Koko talo on restauroitu viimeisen päälle hyvällä maulla. Henkilökunta on todella ystävällistä, auttavaista ja huolehtivaa. Niin huone kuin yleiset tilat olivat erittäin siistit. Kannattaa maksaa lisämaksu joen puoleisesta huoneesta, jolloin näköala on upea. Vaihtoehto on näkymä hyvin kapean kujan vastapäisen talon seinään.”

”We stayed for 2 nights in Mid May. The location is ok, I would’ve preferred to stay near the Duoro River and Luis Bridge instead. The rooms, staff, bf everything is excellent! The location is not bad about 15 mins walk to the river area. We booked a Bolt ride a few times and it was a bit hard for the drivers to identify the location somehow got dropped a little ahead or behind at all times.”

”Loved the room. Very spacious, nice, and clean. The shower alone was amazing and deserves 5 stars on its own. The staff was very accomodating to my plant-based breakfast request and made sure I had enough food. Our room safe battery died right before our check out and the staff resved the issue in a very professional and fast manner. The area is great too. Would stay here again. ”
