”The staff is amazing. Also the breakfast is very delicious and the ambience is very appealing. The wait staff knows exactly what you like and next day you will get the right coffee, bread etc without asking. Also, kudos to the pastry chef!!
They also have live Indian classical music that sets you up in the right mood.
The rooms could have a bit of upgrades but not an area of concern.”

”Hotel a bit disappointment.
Positive: Rooms clean and quiet. Breakfast nice.
Negative: Pool not inviting and totally different kind of looking than in pictures. In reality covered with some strange temporary slum roof. Also hotel is missing the final touch. Maintenance is not according international standards.
I would give only 3 stars to the hotel.”

”We, my wife & I, stayed at the hotel last month for 10 days. We had made the booking for a deluxe room. The first night when we checked in the AC in our room leaked when we asleep! There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager. ”Nice clean, friendly hotel conveniently located a 8 min walk from the main train and bus station but don’t worry it’s on a quiet street and don’t hear the above.
The breakfast is good and varied, the restaurant serves a wide variety of food to suit all tastes.
