”The house was very clean, warm and comfortable. Richard very kindly let us leave later on New Year's Day and communication with him was excellent. We had a lovely stay and would recommend.”

”We needed somewhere to break our journey back from Scotland and this was ideal for a family of four and not too far from the A1. We also chose it partly as it was dog friendly but a change of plan meant we didn’t actually have our dogs with us after all. But the provisions for visiting dogs were a nice touch. Also a welcome pack of milk, juice and biscuits f(for us) was well received.”

”Pleasant, fresh suburban home in a quiet neighborhood. Worked well for us in a short stay. Thoughtfully decorated with new appliances and bath kit. ”

”Needs blinds in both bathroom and kitchen also shower curtain. Non slip mat in bath would be helpful as would a printed information page ie parking and heating instructions. Guttering outside lounge needs checking as overflowing. Otherwise clean and nice place to stay.”

”Was ok for a stop over. The hallway had a rather musky smell. We had to contact host when we arrived to get details about how to check in but that wasn't obvious on the booking details.”
