A versatile downstairs rumpus and storage area, plus the internal-access garage, give you plenty of room for bikes, toys and gear.

Free off-street parking with an internal-access garage, plus additional street parking.



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive use of the entire townhouse - all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen and living areas, the courtyard with its spa pool, the upstairs deck, BBQ and garden. Free parking on site.



The Neighborhood:

Lynmore is the gateway to the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest, and Adventure Trails puts you right in the thick of it. You are within walking distance of the forest trails as well as the cafés, takeaways and a popular bar at the Redwoods Centre. Central Rotorua, Te Puia and the lakefront hot pools are all a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy. There is free parking on site plus street parking, and local bus routes run through Lynmore. From the door it is about 6 minutes to Te Puia, 8 minutes to the lakefront, Polynesian Spa and Rotorua Airport, and around 15 minutes to Skyline Gondola & Luge, Zorb and Canopy Tours.



Other Things to Note:

Fast WIFI throughout. The spa pool is in the ground-floor courtyard, and the garage and rumpus are ideal for storing bikes securely.
