The Space:

You'll have the whole townhouse to yourselves - all three king bedrooms, both bathrooms, the home office, the open-plan living areas and kitchen, plus the deck, garden, Weber BBQ and private spa pool. There's an internal-access garage with room for bikes and toys, and free parking on the street. The adjoining townhouse at the rear - The Sanctuary - is a separate home that can also be booked, handy if you've got a larger group.



The Neighborhood:

Serenity on Sophia sits in Glenholme, a quiet, tree-lined residential suburb just south of central Rotorua - a peaceful spot that's also remarkably central. Te Puia and the Whakarewarewa geothermal area are only a couple of minutes away, the city centre and Polynesian Spa around 5 to 6 minutes, and the Redwoods about 8. It's an easy, comfortable base with restaurants, cafés and shops all close by.



Getting Around:

Most of Rotorua is within about 10 minutes. By car, Te Puia is just 2 minutes away, the city centre around 5, Polynesian Spa about 6, the Redwoods roughly 8, and Rotorua Airport and Skyline about 12 to 13. There's free parking in the garage and on the street.
